What is your return policy?
A:
Purchases can be returned to Paychex for a full refund within 10 days of the date of receipt of your order, but you must call us before you attempt to return an item to obtain your returned materials authorization (RMA) number. Refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

How do I place an order?
A:
There are three ways to place an order:

1. Online - all products found in the Paychex Direct catalog can be purchased online.
2. By Phone - call us toll-free at 1-877-225-8207 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET.
3. By Fax - fax us at 585-264-8236, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q:
Can an order be billed to me later, or to my Paychex account?
A:
Unfortunately we cannot bill your existing Paychex account. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Can I use TeleCheck to pay for my online order?
A:
No. For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To use TeleCheck to purchase items from this catalog, you must order by phone by calling 1-877-225-8207. A Paychex representative will be happy to assist you.

How do I check on the status of my order?
A:
Call a Paychex representative at 1-877-225-8207, or e-mail us at catalog_support@paychex.com. Be sure to reference your order confirmation number.

What is included in the poster kit?
A:
The poster kit includes Federal and state employment law posters. The state kit displays all of the labor law postings required by your state. The Federal kit displays all labor postings required by federal law. Our poster kit also includes one year of free updates from the date of purchase.

Are your state and Federal employment law posters laminated?
A:
While our posters are not laminated, they are made of a tear resistance, coated, heavy duty paper.

Q:
What is the size of the state and federal poster kit?
A:
The federal poster is 19" x 25". The state posters vary in size. The largest state poster is 20" x 28" and the smallest state poster is 19" x 21". If the posters as a whole are too large, you can cut out each of the poster sections and post them individually.

Q:
How often do I need to update my labor posters?
A:
It is difficult to judge with certainty what changes may occur, if any. Purchasing the poster kit from Paychex ensures you will be kept up to date for one year.

Do I need a poster kit for each business location?
A:
Yes, it is required by law to post at each business location.

Q:
Do you offer a discounted price if I purchase more than one poster kit?
A:
No, the poster kits are $59.95 each.

Will the security envelopes match up with our paychecks?
A:
Yes, the envelopes are designed to match up with Paychex payroll checks.

What is Form I-9? Is it required by law?
A:
Form I-9 is the Employee Eligibility Verification Form that you are required by law to have on file for each employee.

Do I have to order new W-4 forms each year?
A:
No, the previous year's will still apply.

What is the difference between the OSHA Compliance Manual and the 1910 OSHA Guide?
A:
The OSHA Compliance Manual is a plain English explanation of OSHA compliance information. The 1910 OSHA Guide is a word for word copy of OSHA's 1910 workplace safety regulations in a reader-friendly format.

Will a representative help me with the on-site setup of my Paychex Time In A Box system?
A:
Time In A Box is designed to be user friendly so you can take care of the set up on your own. However, there is technical support available to walk you through any issues you may have. Please contact a Paychex representative at 1-877-225-8207 for more information.

My business is tax-exempt, how does that get reflected when I place an order?
A:
Tax-exempt orders must be placed by phone. If your business is tax-exempt, please call us toll-free at 1-877-225-8207 and a Paychex representative will assist you with your order. Please have your tax-exempt number available.

What are the shipping options and prices?
A:
Standard ground shipping costs are 10% of the dollar amount of your order before sales tax, not to exceed $15. You may request second day shipping for an additional charge of $10 or overnight shipping for an additional charge of $15. PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be placed by 2:00 EST in order to ship on the day the order is placed. Refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

A:
