Track Orders

It is easy to track Paychex Store orders. Tracking information is available as soon as orders are packed and delivered to UPS. You can access tracking information by logging into your Paychex Store account.

1. Log into your account
2. Click onto My Account
3. Navigate to the My Orders heading and choose View Order History
4. Click the blue Details button on the right hand of the order you wish to track
5. The UPS tracking number will are the upper left corner of the screen.
6. Click on the tracking number and you will be taken directly to the UPS site with current tracking information
